KELLY POOLE
FITNESS COACH, Founder
Hi! My name is Kelly Poole and I am the founder of FORME Coaching. I, like so many women, found myself not loving who I was, on the inside or the outside. I spent years following Instagram workouts and finding my next diet trend on Pinterest. After tripping over my feet a few times over the years, I started pouring more into healthy habits, education, and truly understanding how to work with my mind and body, rather than against it. I have gone to the extreme and competed in bodybuilding competitions, but my true passion is for creating a healthy mind, body, and soul through balance.
I have found my passion pouring into young women, educating and pushing them to continuously be pursuing their greatest potential and most authentic self. I specialize in challenging belief systems, healing negative loop patterns, and embracing your true self love.
Far too often I see women at war with themselves - my goal is to remove the expectations, restrictions, and hate that comes along with our bodies, our minds, fitness and dieting and replace them with long term healthy habits built for genuine lifestyle change.

Hi Ladies!
I’m Coach Maddie, and I’m a certified personal trainer (NASM), wife, and lover of all things fitness and health related!
I first became interested in creating a healthier lifestyle when I wanted to lose body fat, gain muscle, and transform my body. I was extremely uncomfortable in the skin I was in and the way it negatively impacted every area of my life. I was sick of making excuses and avoiding the real reason I was feeling low on energy, motivation and confidence. I decided I didn’t want to be a victim to my own poor decisions and habits, so ultimately I made the commitment to myself to change my life for the better.
After years of learning, trial & error, and many different avenues in fitness, I learned how to create a healthy lifestyle that is balanced, sustainable, and ENJOYABLE! I later found my passion in helping other women do the same!
My goal as a coach is to teach women the foundations of a healthy lifestyle, and to help them unlearn unhealthy habits. I want to teach girls how to nourish & fuel their bodies, workout to feel good instead of a form of self-punishment, and to learn to love the body they were given!
